Veronica Pettis became the Community Manager of Townhomes at Twenty01 in the fall of 2022, following 9 years of experience in multi-family management. She maintains high standards for her community, and loves handing new residents the keys to their new home!

Through the years, she's been nominated for numerous awards such as Outstanding Leasing Consultant and Outstanding Assistant Manager in Corpus Christi.

Veronica is a coffee connoisseur and loves coffee dates with her family. Her favorite quote is "Be who you were created to be, and you will set the world on fire", by St. Catherine of Siena.

Krystle Marin started her career in the multi-family industry in 2010. Her professionalism and marketing instincts have shaped her career, and her favorite part of the job is helping people find their future home.

Krystle has won Outstanding Leasing Consultant of the Year through the Corpus Christi Apartment Association, and has been nominated for Assistant Manager of the Year numerous times.

Krystle’s talents include calligraphy and hand-lettering, and she enjoys thrillers, scary movies, and tending to her plants during her time off. Her favorite quote is "You have not failed until you quit trying", by Gordon B. Hinkley.

Joe Perez is an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with over 15 years experience in the multifamily business. He enjoys the diversity of his daily schedule, as almost no two days are the same!

Joe is HVAC certified and holds the Certified Pool Operator Certification. He has been nominated for the Outstanding Maintenance Supervisor Award through the Corpus Christi Apartment Association many times.

He loves collecting sport's cards and dislikes arachnids. His favorite quote is "Don’t worry, I can fix it", by Joe Perez.

Alex Lozano has provided excellent maintenance service in the Corpus Christi multifamily industry for almost a decade. Over the years, Alex has sharpened his maintenance skills and considers satisfied residents a mark of success.

Alex is HVAC certified and holds the Certified Pool Operator Certification. He won the Corpus Christi Apartment Association's 2022 Industry Award for Outstanding Maintenance Technician, as well as the prestigious 2022 Company Excellence Award at Townhomes at Twenty01 following nominations from his on-site team members.
